How can I cancel my Taxdoo subscription?

What are the general notice periods?

With Taxdoo, you generally have a cancellation period of two weeks to the end of the month for a monthly subscription. 

If you have a term contract of one year, the cancellation period is generally six weeks to the end of the term.

How can I cancel an add-on?

If you no longer wish to use an add-on, please let us know via a request from our Help Center: https://support.taxdoo.com/hc/de.

How can I cancel a Compliance Package?

If you no longer wish to use a Compliance Package, please note that you are still required to register in the country concerned as long as you are registered there for VAT purposes.

You must therefore answer the question of whether you wish to deregister for VAT. Taxdoo offers you this service. You can find more information here: 

When am I obliged to register abroad?

How can I cancel my account?
