In the dashboard you'll find a sum of the intra-community deliveries and intra-community purchases for each country in which these took place in the Transactions section.
But where did the movements take place and from which country were deliveries made that need to be declared as intra-community purchases?
Note: If this mainly concerns the booking and preparation of the recapitulative statements for your business, we offer a convenient, time-saving solution with our financial accounting export.
Alternatively, you can find the information in our transaction list:
- Simply download the transaction list from the dashboard (ideally in Excel format).
- After opening the file, you'll need to set 3 filters to limit the transactions shown.
Filters can be set for each column by clicking on the triangle at the beginning of the column.
- Column H, transaction_type: Here, set the filter for "Transfer" only.
- Column I, sent_from_country: Here, select the dispatch country you wish to examine, e.g. "DE".
- Column L, sent_to_country: Here, you can restrict the destination country, e.g. "PL".
Result: You'll now have a list of all goods movements from Germany to Poland in the respective month.
- Column H, transaction_type: Here, set the filter for "Transfer" only.
- Identify the value by adding up the relevant columns.
Simply select the respective column. The sum will then be displayed to you in newer Excel versions below. If this is not the case, you can use a SUM formula, for example.- Column AO, transfer_outbound_value: The sum of this column represents the value of the movements from the perspective of the dispatch country, i.e. the intra-community movements from Germany to the destination country Poland in this example.
- Column AR, transfer_inbound_value: The sum of this column represents the value of the movements from the perspective of the destination country, i.e. the intra-community purchases in Poland originating from Germany in this example.
Explanation: Depending on the perspective regarding these movements, the applicable currency changes. The intra-community purchases in Poland are stated in PLN, while the intra-community good movements from Germany are in EUR.
You can see the currency and the applied exchange rate in the columns AM-AQ.
- Column AO, transfer_outbound_value: The sum of this column represents the value of the movements from the perspective of the dispatch country, i.e. the intra-community movements from Germany to the destination country Poland in this example.
