First, let's start by asking: "What is the difference between an Amazon Seller and Vendor?"
Amazon Seller
The merchant sells his product(s) via Amazon directly to the customer. In order to do this, he only needs an Amazon account.
Amazon Vendor
Only a company that has been invited can participate in this program. The program is basically aimed more at manufacturers than retailers. The manufacturers sell their goods directly to Amazon, and Amazon resells them to customers in its own name. The manufacturer does not act as a seller, has no customer contact and transmits the pricing sovereignty, as well as the complete logistics, to Amazon.
Does Taxdoo have a connection to Amazon Vendor Central?
Direct connection to Amazon Vendor Central
Taxdoo does not have a direct connection to Amazon Vendor Central. A direct connection of Taxdoo to Amazon Vendor is currently not planned.
Indirect connection via ERP systems
Transactions from Amazon Vendor can be imported via all ERP systems compatible with Taxdoo. Through the interface between the ERP system (e.g. JTL) and Taxdoo, the data from Amazon Vendor can be indirectly imported into Taxdoo, as long as the import conditions are met accordingly.
The sales can also be transmitted by the merchant itself via CSV upload or to the Taxdoo API.
