New navigation and dashboard

As part of our ongoing user experience improvements, we’ve streamlined the main navigation and the dashboard to provide a better overview and help you find your way around more easily and quickly.

Let’s dive in to what’s new!

 

Client selection & overview

For tax professionals and users with multiple clients, we improved the way client selection works and removed it for users that don’t need it.

The client selection and overview are now the first items in the main navigation.

Our new navigation makes it easier to work with Taxdoo, but it may take a bit to get used to the new layout. The table below shows where to find the sections you’re looking for.

Map on tax liabilities and delivery thresholds

Normally you have seen the map on tax liabilities & delivery thresholds on the start page. You will now find it under the "Compliance" tab where you can see the data whenever you actually need it.

 

Footer

To help you focus on your work, we moved a few items from the main navigation to the footer at the bottom of each page:

• Support & contact: visit our help center
• Explore our add-ons: purchase additional Taxdoo products
• Displayed language: select your preferred language
• Imprint, Privacy and Terms & conditions: legal information

 

The dashboard

The new dashboard shows the most important areas of Taxdoo at a glance.

 

Transactions

Your transaction data is the basis for all calculations and automation. In the transaction chart, you can keep an eye on your sales and quickly and interactively track your revenues over the last 12 months. Move your mouse over one of the data points to see how much you earned that month.

 

Data sources

The data sources section shows you which ERPs, marketplaces, shops or payment providers are currently connected to Taxdoo. You can also connect new interfaces or access the settings for existing connections.

Manual upload

If you haven’t connected any automated interfaces or would like to upload transactions or product information, you can now find the links for both functions in the manual upload section for quick access.

 

News & blog

The news & blog section brings you the latest updates from our blog about Taxdoo, VAT, accounting, invoices and e-commerce automation, so you can stay up to date while working with Taxdoo.

You can access our support site via the new footer link at any time. Whenever you have questions or get stuck – we're here for you!
